Ingredients
Paneer - 200 grams
Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Curd - 2 tablespoon
Salt
Oil - 3 tablespoon
Paneer - 200 grams

Capsicum - 1

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Curd - 2 tablespoon

Oil - 3 tablespoon
Soak Paneer cubes in hot water for two to three minutes. Mix all the masala ingredients along with curd and half teaspoon of salt. Cut big slices of onion and capsicum. Add Paneer cubes, sliced onion and capsicum to this. Marinate this well with the masala and keep it for around ten to fifteen minutes. In a pan, add three tablespoon of oil . Once it is hot, add Paneer and shallow fry it until all the side turns dark brown in color. Separate Paneer from the pan. Next, using the same pan ,shallow fry onion and capsicum. Cover the pan with a lid for two minutes so that onion is well cooked. Now arrange fried capsicum, onion and Paneer using a skewer and serve hot.
