Aloo Fry

Ingredients

Potato - 3
Salt
Coriander leaves
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Red Chilly Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Fennel Powder -1/4 teaspoon
Curry Leaves

Heat a pan. Add oil in it. Once the oil is hot, add sliced potatoes and fry it for 10 minutes until both sides turn golden brown color. Keep this aside. In a bowl, add salt and all the above masala powder. Mix it well. Add fried potatoes into this and mix it well. Heat the pan again and in the same pan, add oil if required and fry this masal coated potatoes for another 1 to 2 minutes until the raw smell of masala goes off. Finally add coriander leaves and curry leaves on top it and serve hot.


Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients

Potato - 4
Butter - 3 tablespoon
Pepper Powder
Salt
Garlic - 10
Coriander Leaves
Oregano - Optional

Cut potatoes into thin large slices. Preheat oven to 180 degree. Butter a pan and bake the sliced potatoes for 20 minutes. Flip the potatoes and again bake it for another 20 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the garlic sauce. Make garlic paste in a mixer. Heat a pan. Add 3 tablespoons of butter. Once it is hot, add garlic to this and saute it for 2 minutes. Once the raw smell goes switch off the flame. Take the baked potatoes out of oven and sprinkle, oregano (optional) or coriander leaves, Pepper powder, salt. Spread it well on top of the potatoes and finally add garlic sauce on top of it and serve it hot.

Bread Caramel Pudding

Ingredients

Milk - 1 Cup
Egg - 2
Sugar - 1 Cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 Tablespoon
Salt - 1/4 Teaspoon
Spices Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Cardamom - 1/4 teaspoon

Caramel

Sugar - 1/4 cup
Water - 1/4 cup


Heat a Pan. Add 1/4 cup sugar and heat it. Once it turns golden brown color, keep stirring it and sugar will start to melt. Add 1/4 cup water to this and stir for 1 minute. Switch off the flame. Immediately pour this in a cake mould. Ensure to butter the pan well before adding caramel to it. Make sure to cover the mould with the caramel on sides as well as bottom of the cake pan. In a bowl, add milk, egg, sugar, vanilla essence, spices powder, salt and cardamom powder. Beat it using a mixer for a minute. Heat a pan and add this milk mixture to it. Stir the milk for 2 -3 minutes and switch off the flame before it starts to boil. Keep it aside and let it cool for 5 minutes. Add this mixture to the cake mould and keep it in steamer for 40-50 minutes. Allow it cool down and later refrigerate it for 30 minutes to get yummy pudding.
