Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoon

Coriander Powder - 3 teaspoon
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 2 teaspoon

Mix 1/2 teaspoon of red chilly powder, salt and turmeric with Paneer. Keep it aside for 10 minutes. Heat a pan and dry roast gram flour for five minutes until the raw smell goes off. In the same pan, add ghee or oil and fry paneer until it turns light brown colour for 2-3 minutes. Do not over fry this. In another pan, add some oil. Dry roast all the spices, fennel seeds and dry red chilly. After 2 to 3 minutes, add finely chopped onion. Saute it until it turns golden colour. Now add all the masala to this. Add coriander, cumin powder, spices powder, turmeric, red chilly, kashmiri chilly and garam masala. Saute if for 5- 6 minutes until it becomes dark brown colour. Finally add finely chopped tomato to this. Cook it for 7- 8 minutes. Now add the dry roast gram flour and mix it well for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup of water to this and let it cook for 5 minutes. Finally add half fried paneer, curd and enough salt to this. Mix this well without breaking the paneer pieces. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves on top. This is really tasty and I have also tried this with boiled eggs instead of panner and it was superb. :)
