Paneer Dabba Style

Ingredients

Gram flour - 1 table spoon

Onion - 2

Tomato - 2

Curd - 1 tablespoon

Ginger - 1 small piece

Garlic - 5 cloves

Dry red chilly - 2

Cardamom

Cinnamon

Cloves

Spices Powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon

Ghee - 2 tablespoon

Paneer - 1 Small Pack (200- 250 gram)

Coriander Leaves

Cumin Powder - 2 teaspoon

Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoon

Kashmiri Chilly - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1 teaspoon

Coriander Powder - 3 teaspoon

Fennel Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 2 teaspoon

Oil - 2 tablespoon

Mix 1/2 teaspoon of red chilly powder, salt and turmeric with Paneer. Keep it aside for 10 minutes. Heat a pan and dry roast gram flour for five minutes until the raw smell goes off. In the same pan, add ghee or oil and fry paneer until it turns light brown colour for 2-3 minutes. Do not over fry this. In another pan, add some oil. Dry roast all the spices, fennel seeds and dry red chilly. After 2 to 3 minutes, add finely chopped onion. Saute it until it turns golden colour. Now add all the masala to this. Add coriander, cumin powder, spices powder, turmeric, red chilly, kashmiri chilly and garam masala. Saute if for 5- 6 minutes until it becomes dark brown colour. Finally add finely chopped tomato to this. Cook it for 7- 8 minutes. Now add the dry roast gram flour and mix it well for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup of water to this and let it cook for 5 minutes. Finally add half fried paneer, curd and enough salt to this. Mix this well without breaking the paneer pieces. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves on top. This is really tasty and I have also tried this with boiled eggs instead of panner and it was superb. :)

Broccoli stir fry



 Ingredients 

Curry leaves 

Onion- 1

Broccoli- 1 medium 

Cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon 

Turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon 

Red chilly powder- 2 teaspoon 

Salt 

Oil

Rice flour- 2 teaspoon 

Boil broccoli in a pan by adding water,  turmeric and salt.  Strain the water and keep it aside. Heat another pan,  add oil, curry leaves,  finely sliced onion, salt and cumin seeds. Saute it for 3 minutes. Now add broccoli,  red chilly powder,  turmeric and salt. Saute it for 5 minutes. 

Finally to fry this, take a frying pan,  add 2 tablespoon of oil. Fry the half cooked broccoli masala to this and fry it until it turns dark brown in color. Broccoli stir fry is ready.

Chocolate Cake with Cheese Frosting

Ingredients 


All purpose flour - 13/4 cups

Baking  powder - 1 teaspoon
Baking  soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Egg 2
Sugar - 1 1/2 cup

Oil - 1/2 cup
Coca powder 1/2 cup


1 cup milk
1/2 cup coffee (instant coffee)


Cheese - 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Butter 100 gm
Coca powder - 1/4 cup

Preheat microwave to 180 degree Celsius. Add all wet ingredients and dry ingredients separate and mix it with a whisker. Bake it for almost 45 to 50 minutes.

Aloo Fry

Ingredients

Potato - 3
Salt
Coriander leaves
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Red Chilly Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Fennel Powder -1/4 teaspoon
Curry Leaves

Heat a pan. Add oil in it. Once the oil is hot, add sliced potatoes and fry it for 10 minutes until both sides turn golden brown color. Keep this aside. In a bowl, add salt and all the above masala powder. Mix it well. Add fried potatoes into this and mix it well. Heat the pan again and in the same pan, add oil if required and fry this masal coated potatoes for another 1 to 2 minutes until the raw smell of masala goes off. Finally add coriander leaves and curry leaves on top it and serve hot.
