Ingredients
Paneer ( Cottage Cheese ) – 200-250 grams
Ginger-1 teaspoon
Garlic cloves-5-6
Green chilly-2
Coriander powder-1 teaspoon
Dry Red chilly-3
Tomatoes-3
Capsicum-1
Garam masala-1/2 teaspoon
Oil
Salt
Coriander Leaves
Heat oil in a pan. Add finely cut ginger and garlic.
Sauté it for a minute. Add finely chopped tomatoes and green chilly and let it
cook for 2-3 minutes.
Mix coriander powder and red chilly in a mixer and make fine powder. Use coriander seeds instead of coriander powder if available at home J. Add this powder in the tomato paste. After this add finely cut capsicum and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Finally add paneer, little salt and coriander leaves. Cover the lid and cook this for 2 minutes.
