Tutti Frutti Cake

Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups sugar
50 grams tutti frutti
50 grams cashew nuts (optional)

 

 
Mix the above ingredients. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. Pour the batter in a rectangular cake mould and bake it for about 40-50 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.

Pound Cake

Ingredients



6 eggs
3 tablespoon milk
3 cups all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups sugar



Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. Make a batter out of the above ingredients and bake it for about 50-60 minutes.

Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
 
6 large eggs
1 1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
50 grams Cocoa Powder        
3 cups all purpose flour
11/2 cup sugar  

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and make a neat batter.

Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. Cook it for 20-25 minutes until the a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.  I tried butter frosting here, mix butter, sugar and vanilla essence. Add melted chocolate, fresh cream, sugar, milk and whip cream for the decoration part. Cut the cake into two equal parts. Add little sugar syrup on top layer depends on the taste buds again. Also, it makes the cake little more soft and moist.


Pizza

Ingredients:

3 cups of All purpose flour
1 table spoon of sugar
2 teaspoon yeast
1 1/4 cup warm water
4 table spoon Vegetable Oil
Salt to taste
1 table spoon Italian herbs


Ingredients required for the Pizza sauce:

1 Onion
1 Carrot
2-3 tomatoes
2-3 garlic cloves
Coriander/Mint leaves finely chopped
Red bell pepper 1/2
Paprika and sugar to taste

For Toppings

250-500 grams of grated cheese
Red and yellow bell Pepper
Capsicum
Small tomatoes
Black Olives (optional)

Panneer (optional)

In a large bowl, mix all the first ingredients. Make dough out of it. Keep it for around 30-40 minutes until the dough becomes double triple in volume. Mean while prepare the pizza sauce. Mix all the ingredients required for the sauce in a cooker and cook it for a minute. Let it cool and mix it using a blender until we get the sauce consistency. Add paprika and sugar. Also, add fresh coriander or mint leaves depends on your taste buds :)



Butter lightly the pizza pan. Roll out the dough in a round shape and arrange it in the pan according to the pan size. Lightly pull the edges so that it gives a neat and pizza shape to it. Now add the sauce on top of it. Add grated cheese on top of it. Then slowly add the toppings. Here I have not used olives and panner. Slightly press the toppings so that it will not come out while having Pizza J. Brush the edges with oil or butter to get a golden color.
 
 

Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. Cook it for 15-20 minutes until the edges become golden brown color.

Butter Cookies



 Ingredients:

2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For decoration:
100 gms melted dark chocolate 



Mix all the ingredients except chocolate. Once the dough is ready , keep it in the fridge for around 25-30 minutes. After that roll out the dough and make it large square shape. Using a heart shaped cutter , cut into required pieces. 


Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. Bake it for 10-12 minutes. Once it is cool dip half part of the cookie in the melted chocolate. Refrigerate it for 20-30 minutes.








Chocolate Banana Muffins

Dry Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
50 grams cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

Wet Ingredients:

2 large eggs
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
1/4 cup Milk
2 ripe bananas (mashed)

 Mix all the below dry ingredients

All Purpose flour,
Sugar,
Baking Powder,
Baking soda and
Nuts,
Tutti Frutti (optional)

Now Mix all the wet ingredients that is Eggs, Melted butter, Mashed Bananas, Milk, Vegetable and Vanilla. Slowly mix both wet and dry ingredients together and the batter is ready. Pour the batter in the muffin tray or paper cups after brushing the muffin cups with butter.



Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. Bake it for about 15-20 minutes depending on the texture of the batter. Or insert a skewer in the middle of the batter after 20 minutes and see if it comes out clean. Chocolate banana muffin is ready. Take out from the oven and let it cool for some time. If the skewer doesn’t come our clean keep it in the oven and cook it for some more time.  

Banana & Chocolate Muffins

 

Egg Puffs

Ingredients

 


Egg masala

1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 Ginger small piece
2-3 cloves of Garlic
1 teaspoon of red chili powder
1 teaspoon of coriander powder
1 teaspoon of garam masala
Salt to taste
4 boiled eggs
Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves


Make masala using above ingredients, add little water and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now cut the pastry sheet into 4-6 square pieces or triangle shape depends on one’s choice.
 


Now fill the sheet with half egg and little masala. Don’t over fill with masala since it might pop out while baking. Once all the sheets are ready. Brush the top part and edges with butter or coat it with milk wash.


Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. Bake it for 15-20 minutes or until the top layer becomes golden brown color.

Simple Vanilla Cake


Ingredients
 

3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
11/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extracts
4 eggs 

Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.


Beat the egg and add butter in it. Add milk slowly and then add flour, baking powder and sugar. Beat the mixture for 2-3 minutes. Add vanilla essence and the batter is ready now. Pour the batter in to the cake mould and cook it for 30-35 minutes. Insert a tooth pick and see if it comes out clean.
