Ingredients
Egg masala
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 Ginger small piece
2-3 cloves of Garlic
1 teaspoon of red chili powder
1 teaspoon of coriander powder
1 teaspoon of garam masala
Salt to taste
4 boiled eggs
Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
Make masala using above ingredients, add little water and let it
cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now cut the pastry sheet into 4-6 square pieces or triangle
shape depends on one’s choice.
Now fill the sheet with half egg and little masala. Don’t over
fill with masala since it might pop out while baking. Once all the sheets are
ready. Brush the top part and edges with butter or coat it with milk wash.
Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. Bake it for 15-20 minutes or until the top layer becomes golden brown color.
